Stage 2 of the Radical Transformational Leadership programme is an advanced learning-in-action programme and builds on what was learned and practiced in Stage 1 through a series of four workshops over nine days. This programme is designed to continue to support a diverse group of entrepreneurs, programme managers, policy makers and community members to generate extraordinary results for equitable and enduring individual, organizational, community and societal change. This stage is critical in continuing the learning-in-action that we began in Stage 1 and deepen our capacity to implement change in new, effective and ethical ways

A learning-in-action program for all change makers who want to generate equitable and sustainable results by addressing the immediate need, addressing the systems and norms giving rise to that need and activating the universal values of dignity, equity and compassion. This program is hosted by Impact Launch, delivered by Dr. Monica Sharma along with Megan Joseph, Robyn McKeen and Shebreh Kalantari-Johnson, and is open to all who want to make a difference.

Arts and Social Change is a learning-in-action workshop for artists, organized by RTLArts and led by Dr. Monica Sharma based on her work Radical Transformational Leadership (RTL) in partnership with Therese Adams and Marcus Bellringer. Through the workshop, artists source their inner potential and see themselves as change makers to address what is not working in families, communities, nations, and the planet. The goal of the workshop is to harness the power of the arts to influence culture for the greater good.

Join Dr. Monica Sharma, Karen O'Brien, and the cCHANGE team for a three-part learning-in-action program designed to empower and equip people working on climate change and sustainability issues to create impact, shift systems and cultures, and deliver real and enduring change. This program runs over four-months with three plenary gatherings and supported intersession group work.

The program will be delivered in English with some Tamil and Hindi translation. Open to all change-makers wanting to generate equitable and sustainable results for well-being.

A learning-in-action program that fosters agency, cultivates the ability to design projects based on the Conscious Full Spectrum Response Model and trains participants in critical cartography, with Muthu Kumaran, Srilatha Juvva and Sudarshan Rodriguez. Open to students, research scholars and faculty from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences; and development professionals and field practitioners.
