Radical Transformational Leadership for the Arts

15 August 2026, 9:00am – 3pm
In Person

‘‘Arts and Social Change’ is a creative workshop for artists organized by RTLArts with Monica Sharma, Therese Adams and Marcus Bell. This is based on Dr. Monica Sharma’s work on Radical Transformational Leadership (RTL). Through the workshop, artists source their inner potential and see themselves as change makers to address what is not working in families, communities, nations, and the planet. They create
different expressions of the distinctions, tools and templates of RTL. The goal of the workshop is to harness the power of the arts to influence culture for the greater good.

Fostering resilience and wellbeing is based on the premise that all people can anchor themselves in innate universal values and be in action to heal self and shift diminishing systems and cultural norms into life enhancing practices for inclusion and care. RTL self-care course enables participants to recognize triggers from life diminishing practices at home, work and society for responsive action, using the CFSR model. The course is led by Srilatha Juvva and Gayatri K. and is designed by them, along with Monica Sharma. It is for people from all walks of life as well as professionals.
