The Radical Transformational Leadership (RTL) programme on Sustainable Development Goals
(SDGs) focuses on peace, prosperity and a flourishing planet with Dr. Monica Sharma, Sudarshan Rodriguez Bridget Horkan, Srilatha Juvva and Glasika Verma. It is designed to unleash the full potential and ethical leadership in ourselves and inspire others to do so, to
transform our lives, our work and our society. The programme provides you with a robust development model along with templates and tools for whole systems change, expand your reach and scale impact in the context of SDGs. It offers opportunities to established or budding leaders from the public, private, corporate and non-profit organizations to build results/action-based alliances and create paradigmatic shifts in realizing and achieving the SDGs with equity.

A learning-in-action program that fosters agency, cultivates the ability to design projects based on
the Conscious Full Spectrum Response Model and trains participants in critical cartography, with
Muthu Kumaran, Glasika Verma, Srilatha Juvva and Sudarshan Rodriguez. Open to students,
research scholars and faculty from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences; and development
professionals and field practitioners.

The upcoming SHIFT! Caribbean and RTLWorks Leadership Workshop Series is a learning-in-action
program with Monica Sharma, Sudarshan Rodriguez, Srilatha Juvva, Charles Kerchner and Alicia Small. Participants will design and implement breakthrough initiatives, expand their reach and generate significant transformative changes. Multi-sector, multi-level leadership will be enhanced for equitable and sustainable change through projects that foster prosperity, peace and a flourishing planet. Open to all change-makers in the Caribbean and beyond who want to generate results for
human and planetary well-being.

The learning-in-action programme will enable participants to design and implement breakthrough initiatives, expand their reach and generate significant transformative changes related to diversity, equity and inclusion. This is open to change-makers wanting to generate equitable and sustainable results for well-being.

‘Arts and Social Change’ is a creative workshop for artists organized by RTLArts with
Monica Sharma, Therese Adams and Marcus Bell. This is based on Dr. Monica
Sharma’s work on Radical Transformational Leadership (RTL). Through the workshop,
artists source their inner potential and see themselves as change makers to address
what is not working in families, communities, nations, and the planet. They create
different expressions of the distinctions, tools and templates of RTL. The goal of the
workshop is to harness the power of the arts to influence culture for the greater good.

Join Dr. Monica Sharma, Karen O'Brien, Linda Sygna and the cCHANGE team for a three-part learning-in-action program designed to empower and equip
people working on climate change and sustainability issues to create impact, shift systems and cultures, and deliver real and enduring change. This program runs
over four-months with three plenary gatherings and supported intersession group work.  This year's session will be delivered in person.
